Twelve New Millionaires……
Who are they?…… They claim they want to be anonymous, but they are giving interviews left and right…… It’s the twelve jurors in the “Beat It” boy trail……. It’s the only thing I can come up with that would explain the verdict…….
I told more than one person before the trail that Mr. Weirdo Elephant Man owner would walk away scott-free, and he did…… Do I think he’s guilty: YES….. By his own admission he had slept with young boys…… Do I think more than one person was paid off, cohersed, and/or intimidated: YES…… Do I think that Mr. Plastic face who wants to be a white boy with a pointed nose is a real sleaze-ball: YES…… Do I think Mr. Sickie should lose the copyrights to “The Beatles” catalog: YES…….
Our justice system has gone down the tubes, and this just re-enforces that money, power, and/or fame WILL buy you anything…… I feel sorry for the younger generation because this country is in big trouble and is breaking down in more than one area…… I’m getting old enough that maybe, just maybe, I’ll be long gone before it gets totally out-of-hand…..
My advise to you youngsters is to get very involved in the politics of this nation very soon……

Now, MRambler, from interviews it sounds like Sir Paul has gotten over the whole Beatles Catalog thing — the fans should, too.
That being said, I agree with all your yes-es. He’s guilty as hell. Minus ironclad, physical, “blue dress”-type evidence, I don’t see him ever being convicted by an impartial jury. His accusers have absolutely no credibility whatsoever, and credibility is valuable currency in witness testimony. They’re hangers-on, sycophants, and obvious take-down artists. A parent with any credibility and sense wouldn’t let his/her child within a mile of him. QED.
Now a civil suit, on the other hand, may proceed differently, as the burden of proof is not nearly so high.

I highly doubt any of the jurers were “paid off, cohersed, and/or intimidated”. This kind of thing is exetremely difficult to keep under wraps. HuskySooner’s comment is probably closer to what happened: how could a jurer trust people who let their kid spend significant time with the accused? As for his true guilt — as with a lot of cases — we’ll never know for sure.
Now about that Beatles catalog: I’m can’t wait to hear “Why Don’t We Do It In The Road” on the next Viagra commercial. YES!

In answer to HuskySooner’s comment about the Beatle’s catalog, Sir Paulie actually brought the whole thing on himself….. During the recording of “Ebony and Ivory” he told MJ the real money in the music business was in publishing and copyrights….. This was mistake one……. Mistake number two was listening to Yoko Oh-No…. Paul was about to make a bid for the Beatles copyrights and Yoko Oh-No somehow convinced him to hold off, telling him she could get the copyrights at a lot lower price…… My statement in the post meant that I would do back flips if Mikie Jackass somehow was forced to sell the catalog….. Maybe MJ and Yoko Oh-No should get together – in a bag – in a padded room – with the elephant man…….

In answer to Jek’s comment on the trial, I didn’t make that statement just because I disagreed with the verdict….. I do have enough evidence, in my opinion, to place my conclusions “beyond any reasonable doubt” about the jury who, in some twisted way, had a reasonable doubt…….
I watched the reading of the verdict live (It was an audio feed only by the judge’s order) and saw the first interviews with the jury (live TV) by CNN that supposedly wanted to remain anonymous….. The only thing that remained anonymous about them was their names…… They identified themselves as juror #1, juror #3, juror 2 alternate, etc., etc…… This was less than 30 minutes after they freed the Freak…… Their answers were vague, to say the least, disoriented, and sounded rehearsed as in they were slow in their answers and were constantly looking around at the other jurors for comfort or approval (Maybe they were just nervous?… I don’t think so because they did not have to consent to the interview)…….
Here’s my evidence/questions – MRambler’s “Believe It or Not”…..
1. There were eight women on the jury…… This was a child molestation case with ten different felony counts…… How could they possibly find him innocent of all 10?…..
2. California recently passed a law allowing “prior behavior unrelated to the actual case” could be presented by the prosecution…… They produced five other instances in-which Jackson had been accused of similar actions….. Again, I ask how could they find him innocent of all counts?……..
3. One of the jurors stated in the interview that “they were all basically in agreement from day one, but wanted to review all the evidence to be sure”….. The press was astonished over this because they thought that there had to be some disagreement due to the length the jury deliberated before reaching a verdict….. When asked why they took so long if they were in agreement from the start, she had no answer…..
4. Another one of the jurors stated that “when they were released each night, We were taken out the front of the courthouse and into a van….. She stated that seeing all the fans crowded all around them made her realize the magnitude and weight of the decision that the jury had to make.”….. I thought juries were supposed to be totally isolated from the public…… Why would they parade them through crowds of fans who, I am sure, voiced their opinions to the jury?….. Does the courthouse not have a backdoor or other protected entrance?…….
5. It took the jury 1 full week and 2 hours of the following Monday to reach a verdict…… I find it strange that they take a complete week, then are released for the week-end and all of a sudden deliver a verdict within 2 hours on the Monday they returned….. I wonder what happened over that week-end?….. If they were in agreement from day one, why didn’t they just deliver the verdict the first day and been done with it?……. Were they just killing time to make it appear they had researched the case completely?…..
Something is definitely “Rotten in Denmark and in NeverLand”……
