DID YOU KNOW……I didn't think so.
” To kiss the hare’s foot” means to be too late for anything,
to be a day after the fair. The hare has gone by and
left its footprint for you to salute. A similar phrase is “To kiss the post”. Also, “Harefoot”. Swift of foot as a hare.
And in case you missed the anagram and secret formula last time under “Gibberish”………..
Sed tamen salis-petrae…………salt peter
LUR MONE CAP URBE……………anagram for pulverised charcoal
Et sulphuris………………………sulphur
Gun Powder

The “Gibberish” thing is pretty cool….. At first I thought you were going to give out some birth control formula with the salt peter thing…..
Have anything on why a dead rabbit’s foot in your pocket is good luck?…… I’ve always wondered about that…….

Nope, unless it has something to do with making you “fast or fleet” of foot.
Bad luck for the rabbit though.

Hey, it worked for our race team back in the day, we had a Rabbits foot in the race car and my driver would rub it before each race, we won 2 championships that way.
